This entry is supposed to be about something rather pointless and it would be a total waste of my time but then again screw it. I have decided against because it’s probably going to end up being detrimental to me, making me look stupid and whiny at the same time.
Things have been serene lately. I don’t know how to explain it in detail but imagine yourself sitting alone in a car, engine’s not running and there’s nothing going on. There is this sort of unexplainable moment of bliss right before you turn that ignition key which brings your senses back to life; noisy and bustling with life. How I love being stuck in my own quiet world.
However this isn’t how things are supposed to be. I have heap loads of work to do and the 4th just seem to be restlessly edging itself towards me. Scary to think what’s going to happen during that day, will my pen glide along seamlessly or will I simply blackout and wilt away? Only time will tell but at the moment, I seem to be trapped in this juxtapose of serenity and panic which is quite dumbfounding to my senses really.
On another note, she’s coming back. Can’t wait to group everyone (too bad for the bugger stuck in Melbourne) up again as it has been too long since we last met. Way too long.

Just recently I had an epiphany. Why not upload a few unpublished shots and consider it an update? Why am I so brilliant like this?
Local authorities had finally installed some proper lighting in a park near my place. Wonder what took them so darn long considering all the robbery and the unscrupulous vice activities going on there.
Have I ever told you how much of a sucker I am for back alleys?
On a different note, exams are nearing and it is causing quite a bit of nail-biting around us HELP July and September people (no not literally). Also makes me wonder how well are the others coping. Finals will start on the 4th which means there's just over a week to go. All the best to everyone, see you on the 4th!

Equipment: EOS 5D MKI 24-70mm with 24-70mm f/2.8
It's interesting to see what you can do with a flower and some fireworks.
Will be busy for a whole month. Lots of things on my mind. Finals looming. Updates will be scarce.
Bad news aside, I've good news; I've found a super super location for a shoot. Will try getting my hands on a proper subject for this location. Hope it all goes well. If it does, it's going to be a blast.
p/s: just so you know, my finals will be over before mid-May.

F1 '09
Photos are from 2008. Taken with 20D + EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 (made the stupidest choice of lens for shooting F1).
Was looking forward to attend this year's race. Had everything properly planned out from A to Z. I've even allocated the budget for it. However, due to unwanted and unforseen circumstances, I am not able to atten this year's race. I guess not everything goes according to plan, no?
I guess it's back to the TV then. *big long sigh*
